As an Academic or Public Library Account Administrator, you have the following capabilities in each area of Factiva.com:

SEARCH

  • Create up to 100 Group Saved Searches per group or subgroup.
     
  • Create up to 100 Group Saved Source Lists per group or subgroup.
     
  • Create up to 10 Group Custom Search Field Formats per group or subgroup.
     
  • Create Direct Links to Search results for use in web sites or e-mail messages.

TRACK
  • Create up to 5 Group Track Folders for your account.
     
  • Create Direct Links to folders for use in web sites or e-mail messages.

NEWS PAGES and GROUP NEWS PAGES
  • Create up to 5 Group Pages for your account.
     
  • Create Direct Links to Group Pages for use in web sites or e-mail messages.
COMPANIES/MARKETS
  • Create up to 10 Group Company Lists per group or subgroup for use in the Company Quick Search area.
     
  • Create up to 10 Group Quotes Lists per group or subgroup for use in the Quotes and Charting areas.
     
  • Create Direct Links to Company Quick Search results, quotes, charts and Company Screening reports.

ADMINISTRATOR
  • Create subgroups of users and corresponding subgroups of administrators.
     
  • Assign group items, such as Track folders and Saved Searches to subgroups.
     
  • Manage your client billing.
     
  • Access account support, including Usage Reports
