An institution's subscription to Factiva consists of a finite number of
allowable sessions or concurrent logins. What this means is that a
predetermined number of active sessions are allowed based upon your
institution's direction. Once the number of active sessions are reached,
any subsequent attempt to access will be met with the message appearing just
above.
Solution: Wait until a new session becomes available (this
happens when another user logs out) or you can check with your Account
Administrator to verify you are accessing the database correctly.
