Question
Why can't I schedule usage reports to be delivered on certain dates? The system only lets me choose the 5th through the 25th.
Answer

To ensure peak system performance and reliability, we have restricted the scheduling of usage reports between the 26th and before the 4th of the month (for example, between March 26th and April 4th). You can request an on demand usage report during this time period.
