The Document Usage by Database/Journal Report gives an overview of documents retrieved for the databases to which a client subscribes for a specified period.

This report shows:

• The total number of articles retrieved broken out by location and database.
• The total number of articles retrieved from each journal, broken out by the format delivered (Citation, Abstract, Full Text, Text + Graphics, Page Image, Page-Map, and Article-Image).

If the user selects to display a report for all sites in the hierarchy, there will be a summary section showing usage for the master client, and a detailed section that breaks out usage by individual clients (location).
