Yes, you can turn off the "Order a copy" option in your ProQuest Local Administrator (LAD) utility.  You can also change the "Order a copy" label to reflect any special instructions you would like your users to be aware of.  For more information, refer to the "Account Preferences - Search Interface Settings" section of the LAD Administrator Guide.
