This is normally caused by having cookies disabled in your browser. ProQuest
requires the use of cookies to properly keep track of your session information.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer
- From your Internet Explorer toolbar, Click on Tools
- Click on Internet Options
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Click default level
- Click on the Security tab
- Restart your browser and go back into ProQuest
To enable cookies in Firefox
- From your Firefox toolbar, Click on Tools
- Click on Options
- Select Privacy from the left and then click on the plus sign next
to Cookies to expand it.
- Make sure Allow sites to set cookies is checked.
- Uncheck for the originating web site only
- Restart your browser and go back into ProQuest
To enable cookies in Netscape
- From your Netscape toolbar, Click on Edit
- Click on Preferences
- Select Privacy and Security from the left panel.
- Click on Cookies
- Choose Enable All Cookies
- Restart your browser and go back into ProQuest.
