Question
What are the document delivery options?
Answer

Here is a summary of the document delivery options available:

Email

  • Numerous email delivery choices are available.
  • Use check boxes to mark up to 50 documents for batch delivery within the My Research tab, or email items individually from document display screens

Print

  • Printing is optimized for individual records.
  • To print multiple documents as one file, use check boxes to mark desired records.  From the My Research tab, email items in Full Text or Text+Graphics format, then print the emailed file.

  • Citations formatted to specific styles (such as MLA, APA, etc.) can be emailed, printed or downloaded.
  • Direct export into bibliographic software is supported for ProCite, EndNote, RefWorks, and Reference Manager.
  • Mark desired records using check boxes, then use My Research to select preferences.

Alerts

  • Available for searches and publications.
  • Receive email updates when new content becomes available matching your profile.
  • Use "Set Up Alert" buttons on relevant screens to select preferences.

 Durable Links

  • Available for articles, searches and publications in ProQuest.
  • Perfect for continuing your research at a later date, posting on an Intranet page to share with colleagues, or for use in distance learning applications.
  • Located within the My Research tab.  Use our Create a Web Page tool to download a customized page of links.  Or, to capture just the URLs, right click the hyperlinks displayed in My Research, choose copy shortcut, then paste in a desired location.
