Most ProQuest accounts are enabled for library holdings. However, if you receive an error when clicking on the CrossLinks and Library Holdings tab in the Local Administrator program, library holdings will need to be set up on your account. Please contact Customer Service to enable library holdings on your ProQuest Account.
