The Safari Back Office application (where you go to get usage information) will provide a Warnings Report showing the time the abuse occurred, as well as the IP address of the user. Note: if you are using a proxy server, this report will provide the IP address of the proxy. Most network administrators will keep a log of which user was assigned a particular IP address for a given time period. You can then contact that person directly to resolve the problem.
